Most Disliked
Some customers mention minor inconveniences such as the lack of napkins on tables, which could enhance the dining experience. A few reviews touch on the ambiance, stating that the cafeteria's location within a hospital may not feel romantic or suitable for special occasions. Although food quality is high, a few diners express a desire for a more extensive variety of meal options, as the menu could benefit from additional inventive dishes. Additionally, peak hours can lead to longer wait times, which might deter those looking for a quick meal.

Fried chicken very good and piece sizes are large. I had all white meat served with mashed potatoes tasted (homemade) and gravy and salad. French dressing not traditional, it's better. Also served with yeast rolls with honey butter (I believe) and 2 small cinnamon rolls. Wish there were more. Desserts very good and if you come for dinner, still ask for coffee cake. Take it home at eat the pie in the restaurant.

The food was really good. I've been to lots of hospitals unfortunately and their food doesn't compare, e.g., Iowa City or Mayo. It was reasonably priced and everyone was so friendly. I was thankful that St. Francis had such a pleasant Thanksgiving dinner waiting for me.
